OKRs, Objectives and Key Results, are a system to create focus. They connect ambitious goals with measurable outcomes and provide transparency on whether real progress is being made or just activity.
This course shows how goals turn into actual results.
„I learned how to define objectives and achieve them effectively. The examples made the concepts easy to understand, and the section on different tools provided valuable exposure.“
„The explanations are so good, and have a lot of examples of OKR is a good start and bring me motivation to star to use OKR always! Even in personal Goals.“
On top of that, there is a lack of alignment. Departments work past each other, teams pursue different priorities, and leaders have no clear overview of how close they actually are to achieving their goals.
OKRs do not solve these problems through more control, but through clarity, focus, and transparency.
OKR stands for Objectives and Key Results.
An objective describes a clear and inspiring goal.
Key results define measurable outcomes that show whether this goal is being achieved.
At its core, OKRs are about focusing on what truly matters and regularly reviewing progress. Not pursuing everything at once, but setting clear priorities. OKRs create transparency about what is being worked on, why it matters, and how success is measured.
OKRs are especially effective if you recognize yourself in these situations:
The course is consistently practice oriented and supports you with:
step by step guidance for defining OKRs
numerous examples for professional and personal OKRs
dos and donts for using OKRs in everyday work

„I was already familiar with the OKR method since 2017, after reading Christina Wodtke’s book „Radical Foucs“. Since then, I have utilized some of the principles, but I never really took OKRs into practice.
This course was what I needed to actually start using OKRs fully.
While I don’t think there is anything fundamentally novel in this approach (IMHO these are just ancient lean/agile principles), the simple format of the OKRs and the recommendations from Axel in this course are really good practical tools to embed those principles in to practice.
As Axel also explains in the course, I’ve found that OKRs are a great „glue“ between high-level strategic goals and the day-to-day execution of them.
I’ve now my OKRs defined for Q1/2026, and looking forward to use them to provide clarity and focus. Thanks Axel!“
